Simply beautiful hotel, we appreciated this place.
Our a double room was complete with wonky shower, lovely decor. Also, location was good, around 10-15 minutes walk from a modern art museum.

Quirky place with unique and nicely furnished rooms. Variety of great food for meals. Stunning location in the shopping area, not far from major transportation options, shopping and dining, the golden gate park, and Union Square, transportation network and value for money. Nearby Fino Bar & Ristorante - great place to chill out.

The location is central. 24 minutes drive to the airport, it is located too close to Tenderloin area. The staff is very efficient and the breakfast is great.
Views are not fancy.

The comfortable atmosphere and helpful staff at Hotel Spero made my stay truly enjoyable. The king room I had was equipped with great beds, a TV set, a small refrigerator, and ironing facilities. The hotel's perfect location, just a stone's throw away from Powell Street subway station, made getting around the city incredibly convenient.

I really liked the happy hour, but I think it should be at least 2 hours instead of 1 hour. Coffee in morning was also nice treat for "people on the go" but needs a little more attention when supplies run low. Several times coffe pot was empty or croissants were not available. Very convenient to be able to print out boarding pass free of charge. Thank You for providing that service.

Extremely comfortable beds and centrally located...only 4 blocks from the BART Powell St. Station, trolley turnaround, Market Street Streetcar, and bus to Golden Gate Park.

the location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants. the staff was welcoming and even upgraded our room for our anniversary. the room was clean and the hotel had great amenities like a gym and free coffee.
No main light in the room.

Nothing too much bother for the staff who were always helpful. Small conferences held at the the hotel yet this never effected the hotels service. The 'happy hour' in the hotel bar in the early evening with some free wine and cheap delicious bar food was a great start to the evening. Some building renovation work currently in progress - no effect to customers when we were staying. Highly recommended. Thenk you to the staff.
